Your Chatticus organization runs in an AWS account you own, on your network, under your logging. We access it via a cross-account CloudFormation template and scoped IAM policy.

Every rung runs the same open-source product. What changes is who operates it and what you pay Anthus for. Start on the free one and move up when you want someone else carrying the pager.
Either way, the heavy resources like EC2 instances and the private information like your file system volume and your encrypted secrets are all stored within your AWS account and you pay for those. You bring your own AWS account and may bring your own AI API accounts, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot, or Amazon Bedrock.

Your organization in Anthus's shared service, under one Anthus account. Anthus runs the core Chatticus management infrastructure and plugs your AWS account into it: availability, continuous upgrades, security scanning, privacy safeguards, and the rest of ITSM. Your file system and encrypted secrets stay in your account.

Why dedicated
Your data never leaves your account. Your own model contracts and keys. Your compliance boundary. No noisy neighbors. You keep running if Anthus disappears. The monthly fee buys updates, monitoring, and a team that has run the same deployment first: we update our own deployments before yours.
Who pays for what
Hosted: Anthus pays the infrastructure; model calls are bring your own key or capped by the plan. Dedicated: you pay AWS and your model providers directly; Anthus charges only the operations fee. Engagement: stated in the scope.
If you stop paying
Hosted workspaces can be exported and are kept read-only for 90 days. Dedicated deployments stay in your account untouched; we stop operating them and delete nothing.
